All the major shopping centers in Bristol are close to the hotel, the food at the brewery food is good value for money, check-out time is midday and the only gripe is that there is no onsite parking, but if you park at I. I. I. I.I,5 minute walk away you get 20 discount.

I stayed in a hostel from Hertfordshire to attend my daughters graduation. She lives in that area of the area and the hotel is also close to a lot of bespoke bars and restaurants. Bristol is a beautiful unspoiled city except for the Colton statue. I will definitely come back to stay at Premier.

A great night. A room with everything working, a comfortable bed, and good temperature control. Nicely secure with card only access to lifts. Breakfast much improved since my last stay York 2015. Great location for walking about drizzle!.

The hotel is in a great location and friendly staff but there was air conditioning that was rubbish, barely any difference. We were in a double room with a neighbouring door so we could hear the noise coming from the next door late at night and early in the morning. We talked about changing rooms but the hotel was fully booked. Obviously, the other guests are not to blame, maybe some work could be done to improve the soundproofing of the connecting door. All of the staff at the reception are excellent. They can do more for you. During a three-night period, I toured different rooms on floors 6 and 7. No room was really cool. You can only get fresh air outside since the rooms were airless. It is impossible to breathe at night in the enormous and relatively new premier inn because it is like an airsealed unit. The hotel provides additional fans for the rooms, but a fan makes things worse when there is already bad and hot air. The beds have very thick duvets that are suitable for cold winters but not hot summers. We requested a sheet, and we switched out the completely logged duvet. Sadly, the hotel staff cannot do anything about the unsufficient air conditioning.

The place is very convenient to the Bristol Bus Station -- helpful to me because I arrived from, and returned to, Heathrow Airport. The food was good and the room verbally fine. But I was very disappointed in the lack of facilities for charging phones and tablets. There were no USB chargers and no 110v outlets, which are common in hotels throughout Europe.
