The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel feels run down and there is also no lift. One of our rooms was fine but the other was very cold and we couldnt turn on the heating as the operating panel in the room wasnt working properly. The location is great for chessington world of adventure and also good for hampton court. The restaurant next door is fine but the service was quite slack and the coffee machine kept stopping working.

This place is perfect for a short stay. It is a premier inn hotel with the added advantage of being right next to chessington world of adventures and having an amazing restaurant chain next door that offers unlimited breakfast and decent quality meals. It is clean, quiet, and has a great shower and bathroom.

The staff were friendly, there was easy parking, and the next door beefeater restaurant served a good breakfast and was also handy for dinner if needed. Pretty standard premier inn with recently installed air conditioning. As this isnt built into the building, it is a small air conditioner in the corner of the room blowing directly at one of the beds but not at the other. So on a hot night one bed will be cold and the other will be warm.

Hello, i stayed for two nights. The room appeared tired and needed some tlc. The bed was excellent, i slept well, and there was no noise from other guests. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was fine the first morning, but the second morning was not good. Ordered, which was fine, assuming it was cooked fresh. The yoke on the fryed eggs was hard, the scrambled egg cold and rubbery, and the bacon was so crisp and hard that i couldnt eat it. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Thank you.

I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was very friendly and told me everything i needed to know! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Great location for london etc! Will definitely visit again!.

Fantastic premier inn just outside of chessington world of adventures. You save money by parking at the hotel, which already offers free parking. Excellent, cozy, airconditioned Premier inn rooms. Although the bathrooms are small, they function well. The breakfast at the monkey puzzle was excellent, offering a wide variety of options buffetstyle.

The room was starting to show signs of age, but it was comfortable and had air conditioning, making it ideal for a 6monthold baby who needed to ensure the proper temperature. Oddly, it appeared that the air freshener in the hallway was lynx africa, which was the only scent we could detect.

The room was on the lower side of what i expected from a premier inn. Grubby and tired! Towels and bedding were clean so after a long day i wasnt too bothered for one night but the dusty corners in every room, moldy grout, dusty sink/bathroom and broken air conditioning control would have annoyed me more if i were staying longer! Very convenient if visiting chessington theme park. The staff we saw were friendly and polite.

There were no issues to be found while staying at the hitel, the room was clean and everything met expectations. The beefeaters breakfast service was above average, but the main dishes (Purchased a mixed grill) were delicious.
