We stayed at the Arlington Premier inn because it was in the middle of town. We stayed for 2 nights with my inlaws. The cleanliness is very good. The staff were very helpful. Alex was very helpful and good for the company.

I have now stayed here three times and have always found it to be a great place to stay. Newer Premier Inn with Thyme Restaurant. Great location and great secure parking close by at a reasonable price just a short walk.

Despite this hotel's great service, I don't recommend this hotel, despite being so uncomfortable. There was so much stuff in the room, and it made me can't turn the AC down or down. I would have given a better hotel room. Also, there was no wifi. The room was stuffy and no AC can be changed lower than that. This is a bad thing to do. I would recommend paying less to have free Wi-Fi if youre paying for the hotel room, but the wifi on my phone is better and should be improved.

We got a clean and nice room. They have an average service that seems unprofessional, this happens when two employees talk openly about another employee, and at breakfast we heard all of that. The check out was also easy, and the atmosphere is lovely, and the hotel is close to everything we need.

The staff were amazing at this hotel—it is a basic hotel with a nice continental breakfast and a few hot items in the morning. it’s reasonably priced. we arrived in Darlington and unexpectedly, our other hotel did not work out. We had no hotel and were panicked! We were so glad that this hotel still had vacancy and was even able to accommodate the bed type that we wanted. The staff went out of their way to give us directions, help us find a good restaurant and feel very comfortable. This chain of hotels is known for quiet accommodations. This hotel was definitely quiet and comfortable for the one night. We were there and we really appreciate the staff at this hotel.

Due to travel logistics, I was only at the property for a few hours; however, several issues impacted my stay. I was unable to receive a key card and had to be escorted to my room, with all re-entry requiring coordination with the front desk, which was quite inconvenient. The lobby also had a persistent unpleasant odor throughout my visit. Additionally, the night manager was not particularly helpful or knowledgeable in addressing these concerns.
