Clean rooms, staff were helpful, though the coffee in the machine a bit watery they had croissants n fruits as complimentary breakfast. All in all a very good stay for the price!

The hotel is close to the highway which is convenient for traveling work. The leisure center also has many food options from cheap takeaway to dine in, unfortunately the hotel was very noisy from 05:30 as there are many dockyard contractors staying there.

I came here with my grandkids for a night out, have been here before and have no complaints. The booking and check-in went smoothly, the room was clean and well-sized for us. The morning breakfast was served across from the hotel and the staff was fantastic. There are lots of nearby amenities, including bowling, mini golf and cinema. Plenty of restaurants to eat in.

Unfortunately, the entire room needs to be redecorated. Paint is missing, the walls have chipped and the wood was not nice. The bathroom toilet flush did not work very well, and having kids with us, it's not good. The bathroom mirror is rusty, and the bath panel bottom needs to be fixed or finished off. It needs to be on the wall so it is not in a good position. Not enough cups or glasses in a family room for 4 because only 2 are supplied. One of the bedside lights wasn't working. We have stayed in a lot of premier inns, but this is the one we've ever experienced a problem with. For my son's birthday, we were awakened late at night and once more very early in the morning because of loud guests staying late at night. And believe it or not, other families were loud! So we didn't get a good night's sleep, which is a shame because the beds are very comfy, so we won't be coming back to this premier inn.

I'm happy with the Premier Inn, and I appreciate the service provided. The employees were courteous, the rooms were clean, and the place was very comfortable. I recommend it to anyone thinking about staying there. The food was also good, and the price was affordable.

I was not happy with this property at all. The hotel is very run down and in need of significant repairs. There was mold in the bathroom, and housekeeping was not done unless you specifically requested it. Even basic items like clean towels and toilet paper had to be asked for. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff—they were super friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was very disappointed that Expedia even lists this property on their site, as it does not meet acceptable standards.
