Strict check in time of 3 pm when kiosk opens - then it wouldn’t accept overseas postcode so staff had to check me in anyway. Spacious comfortable room. Enjoyable breakfast buffet - added at extra cost when booking. Convenient location just a short walk to Durham Old Town - Castle and Cathedral.

Thank you, Premiere Inn, our overnight stay was perfect and easily could stay longer, to accommodate our family of 4. It was clean, the staff were friendly, resourceful and accommodating. If you have lots of luggage, it is better to catch a cab from the rail station. Only £5-€12 because it's close but hilly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. Durham is beautiful and charming with so much character.

stayed three nights, including Saturday in May. For the first time, we received a premier plus room, and we were quite impressed. It was on the top level, so it was quiet, and it had a decent walk-in shower, a fridge, and wifi, and had trendy lighting. Noise from nearby clubs, etc. did not disturb us. However, the weekend is quite lively in dirham. The location is excellent, however, the nearest city center is quite a bit uphill. All the advertised offerings were available, and the breakfast, which is prepared onsite, met expectations for a premier. A few meters away, hidden away behind the hotel, there is paid parking, obscuring itself behind the hotel, with no signage we could see.

I stayed at the premier inn for a long weekend, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the personnel are all friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is clean, and the bedrooms are well maintained. The hotel is a great base for exploring the city, with most attractions and interesting restaurants only a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again.

I've visited 3 different hotels in dirham over the years, and I've never stayed in a Premier Inn before. I was very pleasantly pleased by the standard of this place and particularly the staff. My companion and I recently returned from our four-night stay. I want the manager Kate to know how much we appreciate Chris and Shawn as well as Adam Paul Colleen. Nothing was too much trouble. Shawn helped me reserve tickets for Beaconish as we are both 78 years old and are not good at booking on the phone. Chris arranged a taxi and made some fantastic dishes for a delicious evening meal. Thank you chris shawn for making our vacation memorable. Glen liz.

We stayed here until may 31. The staff was incredibly caring, interesting, and thoughtful. We came back to the hotel after a night out and met robbie, who was incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful laugh, ensuring that the bar area was tidy and the rest of the guests were looked after. I can't say that he went above and beyond for us because I believe that he is truly accomplished in his job and that he gives visitors the impression that they are important every day. After very little sleep, he was equally as attentive at breakfast the following morning. On Saturday night, Abbie and Paula took care of us. In terms of customer care and tolerability for us drunkards, I doubt many people could challenge robbie for this service. The receptionist, sorry didn't say her name, had a wonderful time getting our four cases out of storage and placing others in, and our checkout went very fast. The cleaner had to say that despite trying to cover it with a t-shirt, I had received red hair dye on the pillowcase, and she wasn't overly condescending and laughed it off. The workers here had no other problems. They were really good at their jobs and were generally enjoyable. Certainly, I'll return.
