The room was spacious, with the nicest bed ive ever slept on and a great shower. The reception staff were lovely, especially mark, and really cared about our stay. Close to Arthurs seat and convenient buses into town. Would stay there again.

Premier Inn yang sangat bagus dengan staf yang penuh perhatian. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Satu-satunya hal yang hilang adalah laci untuk pakaian kami tetapi mengingat harga yang harus dibayar untuk ruangan itu, itu adalah masalah yang sangat kecil. My partner and i have stayed in many premier inns across the country, but the customer service we received at this branch on our first trip to scotland was by far the best! Sam, the receptionist, couldnt have been more attentive! We had her assistance on several occasions during our stay and she couldn't do more for us and did it with a smile on her face! She is credited to her profession and made our initial stay in english an enjoyable experience. Thank you, sir!.

I cannot express how much i value the reception staff. Andrew, in particular, was on reception when ive arrived. I had made a mistake by booking supper. He had reserved another room on the ground floor in less than 30 minutes. In addition to making this room resemble twilight, he brought extra pillows. When u arrived, we were given dingy twin rooms because hr also arranged my reservation for my stay at inverness. On arrival, there was lone receptionist who answered all of my inquiries. The breakfasts were well received. Both days, the staff was extremely friendly. They also provided us with information about the local bus services, which connected us to the tour buses.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was clean but old, and the staff were friendly. The food was good and breakfast was delicious. After 6 pm, parking can get full, especially if you have a van.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and couldnt find anything wrong with it. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Kerry deserves special mention as she went above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was good and didnt take long once ordered. Not much in the area but there is a regular bus service very close by that takes you into the city in about 20 minutes. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again Kerry and staff.

The hotel is in a great position, right next to idl station and offers frequent bus service into the city. Additionally, its advisable to take brisk strolls to holyrood park, which is 2.5 miles away. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. Very peaceful in the motel, as is usual. When you ask for anything, the receptionists are really helpful and kind. We waited 40 minutes for the cooked breakfast on day 2, but the restaurant was very quiet, so im not sure what the delay was because they probably forgot about it because it arrived fairly quickly when we asked where it was.

We have stayed at several premier inns and have not had a bad experience at all. The rooms are adequate, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. We had an added meal deal, all you can eat breakfast and i had 2 coarse evening meals with booze.

This is one of the best hotels ive ever been to, its really quiet when it comes to sleeping well and having a good sleep! Andrew and mark, the reception staff, are very friendly and helpful! I couldnt have asked for better service in general. I will definitely stay here again when i return to edinburgh!.

The family room is nice. The service is good. However, since this is a type of old house converted into taverns, it can seem old. One morning there was i saw cockroaches in our bathroom sink. But other than that, everything is fine.

I had a wonderful stay here, with quick and easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Andrew deserves special recognition because he was amazing and always helpful. I would stay there again.

The property is excellent overall. Although the restaurant on site didnt impress me much, i found it acceptable. The hotel offers excellent value for money. I had a fantastic shower with excellent water pressure and sanitizing shower head. While there arent many nearby, the location is convenient for access to cabs.

The location is very quiet, only a 15minute bus ride from the center. There is some traffic noise from ring road but its not too bad. The rooms are ok and the beds are comfortable. Great family room. Bathroom was tinier and there was no shaver socket so couldnt charge our toothbrush but thankfully the reception had an adaptor plug that worked. Breakfast was impressive, good continental selection and cooked breakfast, juices, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Limited options for allergies gluten and dairy rule out most, although they do offer gf bread and soya milk. Room was short but we picked one up at reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean and tidy, especially when i am very picky. I was surprised to find it so much cleanliness and cleanliness everywhere.
