i was surprised when I asked to tiptoe, i was amused every stair and floorboard creaked. i stayed at a coaching inn nearby for the night. Very convenient location. The room was very cozy, with mature trees outside.

We booked a few nights at Whistleneck Zoo with family as we were going to go to Whistleneck Zoo. Weve previously stayed here and both times have been great. Nice clean room, coffee maker, and toilet. equipped with all the essentials we need. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet area so a good nights slumber. Staff are a pleasure as always. Very friendly and accommodating. The manager always asks if everything is alright and she really cares, which is lovely. And for these reasons, we wont hesitate to visit this hotel again. I don't normally leave reviews, but weve stayed here twice now and both times have been wonderful. Thank you very much Premier inn and its staff.

I have stayed at this hotel three times before for one night. This time, it was a three-night conference. The two staff members who I had met before remembered me and gave me a very warm welcome. All the staff I had dealt with were extremely helpful and couldn't have done enough for me. You know what you are getting at Premier Inn, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, a relatively simple and good value for money, but the singlewell staff do much more. The only drawback is that unless you want chocolate for breakfast, you must bring something with you or come out and have it offsite.

I stayed here for three nights on a recent visit to Brands Hatch. The room was clean and tidy and the heating was fine although seems overruled from the receptionist at times. The staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem was the quilt! Too warm for this time of year but maybe that suits other people. It's just a comment, not a complaint!.
