Surprisingly good! I got the very fresh and modern room. Outside of the room it doesnt look very nice, but the room was the most important factor for me. I feel that it is very difficult to find a hotel in London with great standard for a affordable price, and this hotel has been better than many more expensive ones. So If you are looking for something cheaper and with good standard i would recommend this. Close to the DLR station and many more things around!

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour. Le personnel est au top ! Hôtel à 40 min du centre ville. Transport à 1 min de l’hôtel. Très pratique pour transporter les valises

This is the best kept secret in london. Easy access to dlr within 1 minute walk into tower gateway in 30 minutes. Good parking options ps 12 for 12hour parking under cctv. Ps 9.99 for an excellent fried breakfast or a pps 7.99 for ufcon continental, all with hugs. Lowcost, nofrills accommodation with walking access of local amenities.

This hotel offers excellent value for the money. The receptionists were friendly and provided good service. There are no problems getting additional towels, which is a welcome change from other hotels. A spotless room with incredibly comfortable beds and bedding, what matters most is that it is clean.

The hotel is conveniently located next to dlr and across from a sizable supermarket with food options inside. The rooms are spacious but basic. Most of the rooms have beds, chairs, and desks. Although the bathroom was fairly modern, it only had evaporation over the bath, making it not the most accessible for everyone. Clean and maintained clean, with the exception of occasional baked in spots here and there. Dust where youd expect dust. Housekeeping staff are relatively quiet. Large hotel with three buildings of rooms, but from what i saw, there were no lifts at all. Making room access easier for those of us who struggle with stairs. I might have made other arrangements if ive known this before making the reservation.

I was not overly occupied. First, i ordered drinks. I had both the main meal and the appetizers. Delicious food of high quality. Arrived lovely and hot. The personnel were friendly. Requeste more sauces, but it wasnt an issue. Desserts were excellent. And finished with a few special cocktails. Well satisfied.

I am traveling so this hotel is very close to the hotel. The room size is good, the bus connection is reliable and the service is also good. But i found this place to be very dirty and dark. On the other hand, its very quiet and good for sleep.

The room was spacious to the side of the bed, but the space between the end of bed and where the desk was was not wide enough for my partners electric wheelchair to easily sit on the table. A decent hotel with great amenities such as the asda supermarket across the street and a prime location being able to walk two minutes to get to bebenton dlr tube station. Brewers fayre pub was attached to this hotel, however the door from the hotel to restaurant was broken so we had to go around and in through the front door.

The bed was comfortable, as expected, and the amenities were satisfactory. The food was delicious. Staff members are friendly and patient. However, it is in need of renovation. There are spots on the bathroom rails, which are rusty. Ive tried changing rooms, but the same thing has happened. It is necessary to remove the carpet in the hallway. Old and stained dining chairs. Change of silverware. Bowls were the identical, not clean. In conclusion, this was quite disappointing when compared to Stratford.

I stayed here for a few nights while visiting family nearby. The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were friendly. There is also onsite parking. I would recommend it. One morning, i had breakfast, which was again very good.
