I gave a 4 star review because the service could have been gotten tastier. When i arrived, there was no sign saying ring for help, and the young lady showed me the bell when she came from another area. The rooms were clean and tidy, plus the location was good, as there is n train station opposite on the other side of the road that will take you directly into central london, which is also known as centrally located.

The hotel offers good value for an overnight stay just outside of London. The staff is friendly, the service is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Although we didnt have dinner in the evening, our cooked breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and highquality food. However, there is onsite selfservice buffet, so the food may not have been hotter.

I recently stayed at this premier inn in bromley and had a great time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast for two people was also very reasonably priced for greater london. We remained here to attend ira festival in beckenham so the location was perfect. Unfortunately, on sunday morning during breakfast, someone smoking in their bedroom turned off the fire alarm. Staff handled the situation calmly and professionally and safely evacuated us all from the building. Also very friendly and helpful was the staff. In opulent kitchen prepared utmost speedy vegetarian breakfast for me. Overall, if ive ever restayed here again, and ill be grateful to the employees for their excellent service.

My family and i had an excellent nights stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming. We would most certainly make another reservation the next time we visit the area. Recommended for families with young children. It was really cozy and familyfriendly in the room.

This place is highly recommended. At the end of a corridor, there is room 327. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. I stayed for 2 nights. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was okay on the first night. Friendly staff even though the hotels busy. Right in the heart of bromley, so very close to amenities.

The location is also great, 2 minutes walk to the station and 15 minutes to central london. The staff here are all very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Vittoria was especially good. I needed my two bookings merging so i could stay in the same room and it was not a problem at all. My room was cleaned when ive asked and one day he had breakfast boiled fresh.

It was good for the purpose of my trip. The room is clean, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is selfserve and not bad. There are some restaurants in the area. I stayed here before, reason to return because it was within my budget. Close to train station and work.

We only spent one night here, and while the hotel itself isnt particularly different from other premier inns, the staff was exceptional, extremely friendly, welcoming, never giving up on anything. From checkin to reception to bar and restaurant staff, everything was excellent.

I would return to premier inn. We stayed here for one night for a celebration. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there are many restaurants nearby. There is t hor dvor of breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, tea and coffee. If there was any recommendation, i would say that better quality pillows are needed. Breakfast is very good ps 9.50 for unlimited may not be for everyone, but there is n ot have to worry about it because there are many food and drinks available. Parking costs rupiah for 24 hours once you validate your parking ticket, however be aware that the car must remain in the garage. You will need reissue tickets and pay again if you pop into the vehicle.

I had a pleasant experience in the family room. The premier plus room (5 and 6th floors) was modern and spotless. It exceeded expectations in terms of quality at the buffet breakfast, which offered options for ps 10 per person. In the adjacent car park, parking was reduced to pps 5 (hotel staff will adjust your ticket). Nearby are nandos and vue.
