We love this hotel chain. They are clean, comfortable, and offer quite a nice kitchen. And the rooms are quite nice, except for one thing - the shower felt UNSAFE to me and my husband as well. The bathtub is about 25% taller than any bathtub I've ever seen. As an older woman with some mobility challenges, I was terrified of this set-up. There were some grab bars, but the shower floor was also quite slippery. I had to have my husband assist me to get safely in and out. Since a lot of your clientele are older folks, you should look into replacing these tubs with something safer. But other than that, it was a good stay.

Hotels.com didnt provide check-in QR code or hotel reference so we couldn’t check in using the kiosks. Had to get help from a staff member that also had difficulty finding our reservation. We were able to get in after 20mins of trying to figure out. Location-wise it worked pretty well for our overnight lay over.

Bra frokost med godt utvalg, renslig hotellrom/bad/seng. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Gode senger. Ikke kjøleskap på vårt rom, men ikke et stort problem under vårt opphold. 15-20 min gange til nærmeste matbutikk og t-banestasjon (Turnham Green).

We love our staying at this hotel. It’s very very well located, one street away from the high road and a few steps then to the tube station. Highly recommended !

The hotel is designed like a building within. The location is excellent, there is onsite parking available for ps. It is simple to check in and the staff is friendly. There was no view, but there was absolutely no noise from what was incredibly busy road, and it remained pleasant and dark inside the room in the morning. All the usual amenities at premier inn facilities are present, including recommodation of the bed and shower. Breakfast was served with the typical premierinnstyle buffet, which was very well presented, as was the service provided by the personnel.

Yes, the room wasnt perfect, but what do you expect for that price? Checkin was easy and quick, ac worked perfectly (had ice in the cool room even though i was on the top floor), good shower.

This hotel is a great place to explore. The area is within walking distance and is an amazing treat. There is excellent parking on site, pay when you arrive. A functional but not luxurious room very quiet even being right above i busy intersection. We will definitely use it again as its convenient to drive to with dozens of lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and fullers brewery right outside your door.

We always stay at this hotel in chiswick. It has so much to recommend it in terms of transportation into London, pleasant walks along the Thames path and really good staff. Special thanks to the lovely pinky who served us at breakfast and coordinated sometimes busy breakfast times efficiently and always with a smile.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. The location is close to chiswick house and gardens, the river path, and the high street. They also have a good soundproofing system. And then, they provide tv with crows nest. After that, even though the building itself doesnt look very impressive and inside is crowded, we got idy room with window view to the outside at least. Subsequently, this hotel has nativity for noise canceling.

The premier inn provided a pleasant stay. The personnel were friendly and the room was immaculate. We had gathered to celebrate an anniversary here, and we even brought my partner swag of prosecco, which the staff graciously handed us. However, the shower head and extractor fan were the only items that required attention. Although it did not affect the water pressure, it was noticeable.

Despite being close to the bustling chiswick roundabout, this hotel is quite peaceful. This is because the hotel has been so welldesigned that it is soundproof from outside noise. There is very little noise between rooms even between them. The rooms are a little old but otherwise well maintained with everything youd expect from idly hotels of this kind.

The rooms are good, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very busy. It was half term so the place was full. However, the coffee machine is broken and some wait for hot food to come to the buffet. They felt short staffed to me - the staff clearly did their best but were a bit overwhelmed.
