The hotel is located east of the city. The staff is friendly. Although the rooms arent in great shape, the beds are comfortable. If you make a reservation in advance, i highly recommend it. Excellent location near restaurants. Large parking lot.

Highly recommended for free oarking as well as the excellent breakfast. Hannah was really helpful. Excellent staff, very clean and tidy. Close to everything you need! Gym, macdonlds, kfc, newandos and more.

We had a wonderful stay at premier inn purley, we checked in early and ram provided excellent customer service. There were many food options around the place, and it was peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and offered countless choices.

We stayed overnight because the air conditioning in our room was broken and the tap was damaged, so we didnt get cold water. The receptionist was friendly. We spent the entire day outside at chessington, making it impossible for two adults and three children to take a shower or take an bath. Since the sinks cold tap worked, we had to wash it. Breakfast or food was excellent.

I am delighted to stay at the premier inn croydon (Purley A 23) once more after a brief break. My day was started with hugs and thoughtful greetings from ms. Tatiana, who welcomed me back. Many thanks to valerie for giving me an electric fan to cool me down during the hot summer months. Ram, the new chef, prepared delicious and fresh cuisine. It gives me the best start to the day. After i had gotten up, miss angie gave me bottled cold water. Her kindness and friendliness immediately reduced my irritation and fatigue from the scorching heat. This hotel is beautiful because of the wonderful personnel. They are the hotels core.

It was exactly what i expected. The room was spotless, and there was a nice large parking lot. Excellent services are provided. Pleasant staff members are present. Breakfast was excellent. Since it is the same as in every premier inn hotel, ill not take pictures of the room.

I highly recommend this place. My friends and i stayed here, and we had a very different experience when compared to other hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars for the breakfast, fresh eggs made by heena. Good variety and quality food.

This place is easy to find and has lots of parking. The checkin process was quick and easy with friendly staff. Everything is clean and fresh, the room is a good size and the bed is super comfortable. There is only criticism, not really the hotels fault, but there is an extremely strong smell of herbs in the corridors. Otherwise, exactly what you would expect from idnt be here.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to shahids excellent service, which made our stay ideal. Highly recommended. There is parking available at the front desk, and the room was immaculate. A television and tv are available for storage of suits, among other amenities. Breakfast is available in the morning.

I had a wonderful two nights here. Its really simple to get into London by taking the 119 bus, which will take you to eastcroydon station. This place couldnt have been easier to find. The receptionists were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and i want to thank ram at the restaurant for taking care of us. He was always smiling. Thank you premier inn for letting me stay here!.

Excellent location, right in a shopping center with restaurants surrounded by restaurants. Free parking. The service at premier inn is standard. A really funny happy eastern european girl checked in my parents. There was nothing too much to do in the rooms, including the beds and pillows. Even if you ask for it, the chef made opulent spicy omelets for breakfast. Very recent, spotless, and of high quality. Really pleased with everything. Would return. Near the center or purley. I had slumber all night. Which was the most crucial thing when attending baptism the following day.

The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay again. The vegan sausages arent very tasty, so i would suggest trying a nonpigment option for breakfast, but other than that, everything else was great. Overall, ive had an enjoyable stay, would consider staying there again in the future.

The employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring! We were always welcomed with open arms during our checkin and checkout process, displaying courteous professionalism and a warm smile. Look out for the building, which is hidden away in the back towards the end of the shopping area!.

Excellent central location. Parking is available right outside the building. The room was large and wellkept, with cozy mattresses. It was extremely hot in august, so you can substitute a duvet for sachet at reception, and the room had receptacles, but it was still 26 degrees outside. Breakfast was excellent, as were the two kids who ate for free.
