Excellent place to stay, we stayed for two nights, very close to prince regent station, a 20minute journey to central london. I want to express my gratitude to the two receptionists, agne and corine, who made us feel so welcome and were so kind to our two young girls. You two deserve a pay increase, great place to stay, will definitely visit again one day.

Hotel yang bagus untuk mengenal London, kamar yang ekonomis dan nyaman, layanan yang benar, meskipun kekurangannya seperti orang lain, tetapi CORINA sangat tegas dan ramah, sangat menyenangkan, dia berbicara bahasa Spanyol sedikit dan membantu kami, selain itu dia mengganggu untuk memahami masalahnya, cara terbaik untuk menyelesaikannya adalah berbicara dengannya. Agak jauh dari pusat, tetapi Anda memiliki DLR (kereta metro) 4 menit berjalan kaki dan Anda berada di tengah dalam 25 menit. Suasana perumahan yang tenang, pengalaman bagus, sarapan cukup enak, meskipun kami tinggal seminggu dan setiap hari sama, alangkah baiknya diubah dari waktu ke waktu tetapi itu benar-benar berlimpah, saya merasa nyaman di hotel dan yang terpenting TERIMA KASI CORINA.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Good location for the excel center and easy to get to. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open and that they only told us about it the night before plus 2 out of 3 lifts were also out of order, which is not satisfactory for such a large premier inn.

On february 24, i stayed for one night. Good tv in the room, clean and warm room with clean bathroom, 5 minutes walk to dlr station. Bad tv in the ground floor room smells of damp, only 2 lifts work, reception area looks dated.

The restaurant offers delicious and reasonably priced food. The location is ideal, being close to excel london and the o 2! The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Its a fantastic location, conveniently located near excel london and the nearby o 2.

Nice hotel with the typical Premier inn experience. Clean and reliable. The shower gel and hand wash from baylis and harding were a nice touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Free parking for premier inn guests for 24 hours when you sign in at reception.

We were going to an event at the o 2, this hotel is only a few hop on hop off stops on the dlr and tube to get there, so for the price i think this place was in a great location. The rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was a bit manic, there wasnt enough staff, cups, plates, glasses, milk and food just kept running out, maybe a choice of time slots for breakfast might be an idea? The food was delicious so no complaints there and the staff were friendly despite being run off their dirty feet. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The bed in the room was amazing. Bala, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to assist us or other customers. The reception staff was excellent, friendly, and accommodating.

The hotel and restaurant team at this location were remarkably friendly and even entertaining. Simply because the team is doing a difference, it deserves an extra star! The food, especially the dinner package, was delicious and reasonably priced (16 pounds, including beer).

A delightful hotel near Victoria station and cable car rides. Breakfast is excellent and has a variety of delectable options. The rooms are cozy and peaceful. I advise arriving early for breakfast. As it gets closer to the end, things run out, but that should be expected. This hotel has made a difference in my stay in london.

Overall, it was pretty good for the price, and the people were friendly! In midapril, i spent two nights there at a lovely inn. The rooms are large enough for two people, and all of the furniture is brand new and in excellent condition! The only issue was the upstairs neighbors, who started walking around loudly a little before 5 a. M. The general area appears to be under construction, and there was a lot of noise from nearby planes and the railway, but it didnt bother me in fact, as the location is very close to a train station that takes you to the heart of the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Always smiling and welcoming. Dinner service sometimes takes some time, but this may be due to the limited number of waiters.

I would suggest staying. I stayed here with my partner for a long weekend and was very happy with our stay. We were in the premier plus room and it was very comfortable with no disturbances. We also went down to the bar for a few drinks and it was also nice. Its between two dlr stations so very convenient.

I cant say enough good things about the service from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The menu has a great selection. We book meal deals at great prices. Wtm is just a short walk away the next year.

Excellent twoday stay at a very clean and wellmaintained premier inn hotel. The room was nice, clean, and well presented. The reception staff were very polite and while i had some confusion about my room booking the member of staff i was dealing with was very helpful and polite. It can be difficult during peak traffic times if you are driving because it is located in the docklands. Most of the guests appeared to be tradespeople working, i presumed on the myriad building projects around the area. While there is a free hotel parking lot, it was full when i arrived late. Fortunately, the hotel has provided parking on a building site next door, which again is a big tick in my book. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.
