The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.

The hotel is close to the station, and the directions were very easy to follow. The surrounding area is quiet and away from the crowds, making it a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they handled my late check-in and luggage storage without any issues. They were also very responsive and polite when I contacted them via email. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you♪

Soggiorno nettamente sopra le aspettative, stanza pulita e confortevole. Colazione Top molto varia e prodotti buoni. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di cenare in albergo qualità e quantità al di sopra delle aspettative e prezzi molto onesti. Altra nota positiva di certo la posizione in mezz’ora raggiungi i maggiori punti di interesse della città. Se torneremo a Londra di certo soggiorneremo di nuovo lì.

I guess youll know what to anticipate from a premier inn in the event that youve never been to one before. A comfortable bed with a good nights sleep, a warm shower, and a plentiful breakfast are all essential. These things were all present and appropriate, but there are a few minor alterations this time. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit outdated. My toilet seat had a bulge in it, and the heating regulator had tape holding it together. It has, in my opinion, now the point where rooms should be serviced every day if you stay for two or more nights without having to request it. A bar and restaurant area is also a bit unsettling outside meal hours. The tube station is close by, and there is also a bus stop right outside.

The hotel is cozy but needs some decoration. Very friendly reception and dining room staff. Parking was adjacent to the hotel, making it very easy to get there. Public transport into town is very easy to get to within a few minutes walk.

I booked this in march to go to a gig. If I read more recent reviews before travel, I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.The room was not big enough to swing a cat and thankful that we only stayed one night. The only good things in this hotel are the location and breakfast the breakfast staff were great.

The area was nice with restaurants, small shops and quite close to the underground station. Also on walking distance to Primrose Hill and the London Zoo. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot food but the room was quite noisy. Better to sit outside if weather allows and you wish to eat at a busy time.

I loved the spacious room. I adored the tub and the room was a great home away from home. The location was everywhere!!! I was able to walk everywhere i wanted or to simply ta K e public transportation!!! I would definitely stay at this charming unique hotel again!
