This place is a pleasant place. The receptionist lad is excellent. Although the room had shabby parts, it was clean, cozy, and had working thermostats! Excellent value for the money breakfast!.

What more can i say? Premier inn is my familys hotel. We love to stay at premier innes. Not a single bad experience has happened, and weve been to dozens of their branches. Love the food, especially breakfast. Fits the budget well.

The room is good, the breakfast is average, and the service is ok. It depends on the staff at times. Restaurant seating is long overdue for change.

I was really pleased with the hotel and the level of service i received during my stay. The staffs genuine friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel right at home. From the moment ive arrived late at night, their professionalism and attentiveness were obvious, and they consistently exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to shabbi fernandes who ensured a peaceful and secure environment during the night time. Whether he was offering insightful local recommendations or promptly responding to any requests ill have, the efficiency and knowledge were truly commendable. My experience at this premier inn hotel undoubtedly contributed to making my visit exceptional and memorable.

The room is lovely and bright. The double bed was large, and there is an extra duvet available. With a shower unit, the bathroom was clean and wellmaintained. I found all the facilities needed in the room. In my opinion, parking is secure. For the lights and lift, you must use id card. Great stay, ill use it again.

The room was very nice and the food was also delicious. The only drawback is that there wasnt enough coffee for a 2night stay (2 coffee pouches, 4 milk pots), but the bed was extremely comfortable. Except that i have heard many reviews about vans being broken into, so ive not recommended parking your van in the area. But if you want to stay here, ill recommend it.

This place offers good value for money. It is spacious enough for a family stay. The restaurant is adequate. However, the staff may need to be more attentive and not on their phones at times!.

The personnel were amiable enough. Our room was subpar. The bathroom sink plughole was filthy, the remote control appeared to have never been cleaned, and there was an odd splatter stain (bleach, perhaps?) on one side of the bed base. I didnt feel at ease walking around our room without shoes because the carpet wasnt particularly nice. Although it was a little softer than i am used to, it felt really cozy. We werent pleased with the thhey restaurant, as our main courses were brought out when we were eating our starter in the evening of our stay. When we finished our appetizers, ive refused to accept it and sent it back to the kitchen until we had finished them. It was good to get the dinner deal that included breakfast and an evening meal for ps 24.99. Breakfast service was much better. Excellent vegan options. You get what you pay for, im guessing. Im not sure if ill return to stay here.

Great location with quick access to central london and other attractions. Great price. However, the room wasnt the cleanest. The bedding had stains and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. Food at the inn was quite expensive as expected. Bottle of water for ps 2.50.

The hotel is decently good, with clean rooms and no noise at night that disturbs us. Breakfast was reasonably priced considering it was in London near wembley stadium. The food, drink, cleanliness were fine, and the overall was nice. Tube not close, but not far away. Colindale is the nearest station, however i recommend wemmblee station. No problem at this hotel. Would recommend, only if you can walk for 20 minutes or more!.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel premier inn! The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff were very polite during our stay, especially seby. I will definitely visit here again and recommend this hotel to everyone else too.

Bus 83 provides excellent access to both golders green and hendon central. The restaurant and supermarket next door are excellent. It takes only five minutes to walk to sainsbury. Nearer to colindale are more stores, restaurants, and pubs. I particularly enjoyed the air conditioning in the rooms. A delicious breakfast.

Really clean hotel. I always go to a hotel with sanitizing products and most say i didnt need it in this particular hotel, but ive stayed at other premier inns in different locations and many say this one stands out. Donna is incredibly nice and the hotel manager is Pascal. The fact that you need clingy to the elevator makes for utmost security, and its right across from policing station. Parking is quite challenging, however, if you ask questions, youll get used to it.

This is a basic hotel with rooms that need to be updated in terms of decoration and shower facilities. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. High bed and comfortable. Plates left outside the room were not removed during the overnight stay.

I would stay here again and recommend it. This hotel is only 20 minutes by bus from the ovo arena on wembley park. The room we had was a twin, with one double bed and one single bed. Lovely clean room and bathroom with shower and bath. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided, which is nice to have. Had breakfast the next morning, everything you could want to do was provided.

This hotel in london offers decently sized rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Unfortunately my shower was broken, but it didnt matter in the end. The breakfast was good and parking was free, which was convenient for us. There are no major complaints.
