Fantastic location right in Leicester Square. We had a Premier Plus room so a reasonable size (for London standards) with good amenities including WiFi. Good quality breakfast with plenty of options.

we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was good very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we ate there each morning. There are 22 options, continental and full english. Both were good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet in our room. It's a very cnnvenient location and lots of amenities nearby. Many theatres within close walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean. Extremely quiet even though we were in midtown. Only drawback was construction work going on next to the front desk. I’m sure this will be completed very soon. Subway just around the corner. Pleasant front desk staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor: fizemos boa parte do roteiro de primeira viagem a Londres a pé. Apesar de ficar numa área extremamente movimentada, o quarto era muito silencioso (janelas com proteção acústica). Outro ponto de destaque foi a equipe, com especial agradecimento à Natasha na recepção, que verdadeiramente nos acolheu desde o primeiro momento no hotel, e à Maria no restaurante, uma brasileira que transformou nossos cafés da manhã em eventos muito agradáveis.

A perfect location for a West End stay. Right across the street from the TKTS booth and central to many of the most popular theatres. Excellent security also.

Ive used the chain before, particularly the old county hall location on the river. The hotel has limitations because it was retrofitted into a location. As previously stated in other reviews, the reception is located on level 2. The hotels two lifts, one of which was out of service for the entire threenight stay and the other was unavailable for part of the stay, were friendly, apologetic, and accommodating when we requested to switch rooms due to issues (including requesting an apology for receiving booze for free). Bacon is perfectly cooked, which is uncommon with buffetstyle options. Limited and very popular luggage storage. Get in early. This hotel is key to its location and convenience. Your doorstep is the center of london. County hall is superior to the two hotels in terms of quality, but the location is excellent. Would give it fewer stars, although the hotels design is limited. Plus rooms helped to enhance the overall experience.

The location is excellent! When we return to london in the summer, we will make another reservation. My husband and i just spent one night here, and it was a lovely, spotless room with incredibly comfortable beds.

We would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful break in central london. Excellent stay as always, our go to hotel in the heart of central lethbridge. The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious with varying options.

I have always had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel chain. The staff has always been very kind to me. And the breakfast is always delicious. When going to shows and also for actors when they need to go to the studio or to tv premieres, the location is ideal.

The location is perfect, the checkin and checkout process are good. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. We paid extra for the premier plus room, which was sold as a premium wifi included. However, there was only one code so only 1 person could use it. Then they wanted more money for my partner to connect. Also, only i have one towel. No phone in the room to call reception. A phone number was given on the tv to contact reception but no one answered. I had to walk around the hotel to get another towel which made me feel uncomfortable. Book if you want to stay at this hotel for 2 people.

The rooms are basic but perfectly functional. The lifts were broken while we were there, which was a bit of annoyance for us because it was on the 7th floor. Great location, basic yet perfectly useful. Good breakfast.

This place is in a great location, close to many shops, restaurants, tube stations, and lots of things to see in leicester square. We were on the lowest level (3rd floor, so there was absolutely no noise coming into the room because of the location being so busy and noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. However, be aware that the lifts are out and appear to have been there for some time. This means that you must use the stairs every time you enter and exit. Which stinks. It was only two weeks before our stay that we were informed of this. If we had known more in advance, we would have made reserving at idly book another hotel. Evidently, this is done to make sure you dont do just that. Our checkin lady was kind enough to put us on her lowest floor to avoid us having to climb so many stairs at least. Just ask the staff and they will assist you if you need the elevator, like we did, for dozens of heavy luggage as we already had. For some reason, you are not permitted to use it on your own. Having said that, he has commode beds, reasonably sized rooms, convenient to numerous things. I felt quite safe here. And the price was fair. Although we didnt dine at the hotel restaurant, which may have contributed to its closure two days before my stay, it was probably

At first i was reluctant but incredibly impressed with both the staff and the facilities there. The room was clean and very impressive, the shower room very nice. Our manager was very helpful and location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing in central london.
