Alles wirklich OK , lediglich zu wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer und auch kein Schrank vorhanden... Parken sehr teuer... Großes Lob für das reichhaltige Frühstück und freundliches Personal !!!

Welcomed warmly by Sneddon, who was working the desk when I arrived! The room and bathroom were sparkling clean (and both spacious!), the bed was cozy, the hotel felt safe and well cared for. It was a very nice overnight stay!

Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait !

We had moved from the Kew Gardens hotel after a dreadful experience, the staff at The Premier were so helpful and made our trip so much better. I wish I had booked with them in the first place

Saya menginap secara teratur karena alasan bisnis di lokasi ini. Tempat ini dikelola oleh beberapa anggota staf yang melakukan lebih dari tugas mereka untuk membantu saya. Hotel ini jelas kekurangan staf, sering kali saya tidak bisa makan di malam hari karena sering kali restoran tutup karena tidak ada koki, ketika manajer wanita sedang memasak di dapur. (Pemanas makanan yang baik seiring berjalannya waktu). Kesalahan yang dilaporkan di dalam ruangan (wastafel tersumbat) terus terjadi sepanjang minggu. Jika bukan karena anggota staf yang luar biasa di sana, saya pasti akan mencari hotel lain untuk saya menginap. Saya akan memberikan 1 bintang secara keseluruhan, itu bukan karena dia. Saya yakin namanya Armondo. Saya telah menyaksikan bagaimana dia melakukan banyak tugas secara ekstrem dan selalu tersenyum kepada para tamu bahkan orang (yang dibenarkan) yang tidak bahagia. Saya tidak bisa marah karena itu, saya hanya berharap Premier Inn menghargai staf yang bekerja kerasnya.

I made a reservation here because it was close to Twickenham, and it offered good value, cleanliness, or comfort, as i always do at premier inns. The staff was helpful and friendly, which is all ive ever needed. If you arrive early, ill be happy to take care of your luggage.

A comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The room was bright, airy, and modern. Premier inn still has the most comfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel is excellent, but parking costs a lot of money ps 18.00 per night. The breakfast was decent and offered varying options. In the premier room, there was tasty air conditioning, he had irradiated rainfall, and handheld showers, as well as double windows that ensured peace at night in the evening. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to london.

The room i stayed in was the premier plus. It was spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom with big walkin shower. The hotel is clean and tidy and well presented. On arrival, there was greeted with warmth, and the staff member was very helpful in finding local places. Parking is extra. Overall the hotel was excellent.

We will definitely be back soon. Had a great time here. The staff was all polite and welcoming, and the rooms were neat and wellkept. A young man who worked at the front desk was also doing an amazing job running the bar and restaurant.

The room was a bit tired, but the usual premier inn comfort. Great for what we needed - cosy bed for the night at t he right price. Noisy with planes when the window is open.

Premier inns, in my opinion, are my favorites so far. The staff was all very nice and kind. Breakfast was great, even had dinner one night and everything came out pretty good. Could tell it was cooked fresh and enjoyable. Room had air conditioning so could cool down when needed. Location is within walking distance of anywhere i needed to go so ive stayed again.
