The parking area is cramped and small, making it not suitable for larger cars. And then, the breakfast was excellent, with a score of 4 out of 10. After that, they served breakfast very well. Subsequently, even though the service was slow, but the bed was comfortable.

My experience at the premier inn tolworth hotel as a visitor was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms with modern amenities, ensuring slumber throughout the night. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. It was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotels delicious breakfast options made for tepid start to the day. Overall, my experience staying at premierinn lexington was very satisfying, which i would gladly recommend to fellow travelers.

Very convenient for the tolworth train station, which is right next door. Also, there is a lovely restaurant on tollworth street, less than ten minutes walk away. The rooms are typical of premier inn standards, and the breakfast was really good. Staff were very helpful.

The location is excellent, its just a twominute walk from the train station and about 30 minutes to get back into town. There are also stores close by. Although the room was clean, it could have been cleaner i used antibacterial wipes and saw that it needed sweeping cleaning. The tv channels need to be updated because not all of them work and should be in hd right now. However, if ive ever stayed here, im definitely going to stay again.

Excellent customer service and an amazing hotel the breakfast is delicious, the hotel room is comfortable and great. The staff worked very hard and was amazing they had great customer care and helped me a lot.

The staff named rachel went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. As a disabled wheelchair user and family of 5 hotel can sometimes be haughty, but she made sure we had adjourning rooms and sorted everything we requested. Rachel was very kind and friendly! Highly recommended!.

The hotel staff was amazing, and the manager, elio, was fantastic. The receptionist was incredible, she made a birthday treat for my little boy without even asking him. Arturo was wonderful, so kind, friendly, it made our stay unforgettable.

Ive stayed at many premier inns before and they are all similar. Good rooms and service. It would be nice if there were usb ports and phones in the room. Also, the ac keeps cutting out. But it is very clean and does its job.

I would stay here again. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The train station is literally next door, so its perfect for getting into central London in less than an hour. Perfect location for me as i have family in the area and in London too.
