Locatie op 5 minuten lopen van Tower Bridge. Winkels en restaurants in de straat, en ook in het hotel kun je prima eten. Fijn ontbijt om de dag te starten. Borough Market is ca 15-20 minuten lopen.

Locatie is echt fantastisch en alles wat je moet hebben zit in de hotelkamer. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt perfect. Het is niet heel modern, misschien zelfs een beetje oudbollig maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Zeker een aanrader.

The reception staff provided excellent service, and we were unable to find any fault with it. If possible, the breakfast teams attention this morning, on october 25 to 22, 2024, was even better. They were outstanding. Our room was fine, a little worn out, but the hotel was perfectly situated for our needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great, the cleanliness is good and the hotel is comfortable. All the staff are friendly. We bought breakfast and there was always a variety of options and it was delicious both mornings. Thank you for bringing us to this place.

We stayed for four nights and it was great! Excellent location with a grocery store across the street. The quietest hotel ive ever remained in. Everything we needed was in the room, and the staff was very accommodating. We had dinner in there every morning and evening, which was fantastic.

The family room was very hot because the windows only opened slightly, and the air conditioner wasnt working. The bathroom and paint need to be updated. Due to halfterm, the staff is very busy at breakfast and evenings. All staff are very friendly but seem stretched out and could use more help. Great location, but the ac didnt work, making the window in the family rooms very warm.

This hotel is built in a great location near tower bridge and most major attractions are within 30 minutes of it. The reception staff make this hotel. They go above and beyond! The rooms need more thorough cleaning i thought it was black mold on the bath rail, but wiped tepid tissue over it and it came off. There was hair from previous guests on both the bathroom taps and the mirror was dirty. Nothing significant, however, there could be improvements. Access for the disabled is good except for dining tables. Tables are too low and cramped for wheelchair users to use. Parking is plentiful at the back of the hotel with reasonable prices. You are in central london after all. I would stop here again because the staff is so nice and will go out of their way to help. Views of lagoma from the bedroom and parking lot.
