My stay at the premier inn twickenham was wonderful. Mr. Adrians exceptional service truly enhanced my experience, making it a memorable and comfortable stay. The property is only 20 minutes from london city center, which makes it convenient to travel around landon.

Overall, we were happy with our stay overall and would return based on the good value and location. The room was quite warm, even when the temperature outside wasnt too high (in fairness, the weather was very high on arrival day of arrival) and the ventilation wasn't really sufficient. Toilet seat is cracked. Breakfast, both continental and cooked, was delicious and plentiful, with helpful waiters.

Premier inn is fine as far as premier innes go. Maybe it shows signs of aging, especially if youve stayed in one of their more contemporary, recently built hotels.

The staff is friendly, but there are far better places to stay at a lower price. Im glad i wasnt paying because ive been on business. Ill probably look for another place the next time. Ps 140 for ps140 for premier inn?.

The hotel was suitable for our needs. The location was excellent, and the pub next door was pleasant. Although the bathroom could have used some updating, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the meals. Both the kids and us had a great time.

We were very grateful and happy that our rooms were ready because we were going to a nearby wedding and wanted to change after our journey, and it was incredibly peaceful and easy to check in. The rooms are excellent and wellequipped. There was only one drawback my rooms bed was somewhat lumpy and uncomfortable, but it didnt matter after waking up late at night! I always appreciate the extra two pillows. Parking is simple, with onsite restaurants and restaurants conveniently located right next door. Its in pristine condition, just ten minutes by taxi to the family wedding on eel pie island.

Handy hotel with helpful staff, but could use some tlc on finish in the rooms/bathrooms, stain on the furniture, carpets and sheets also need to be fixed.

The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly. There was a pub next door, and the food was delicious. Although the beer was pleasant, the pub had an unpleasant odor. I will return but look for another restaurant. Breakfast was decent, but there was only instant coffee available, not hot water, which wasnt particularly hot for me if you prefer hot coffee like me.

The staff is friendly. The location is noisy, especially on a hot night because the hotel doesnt have air conditioning and the window needs to be opened. Bathrooms are particularly worn and in need of repair. Not typical of premier inn standards.

The room needs a serious renovation, there are holes in the curtains, stained carpet, and bathroom lino. The staff is very friendly. Great location for twickenham stadium.

I had the best stay of my life last week, december 6th. The staff provided excellent customer service. I want to express my gratitude for making my stay exceptional. We were served with all the hotel amenities and the rooms were tidy.

The hotel staff is always willing to assist and will do everything in their power to ensure that you have a good stay. Unfortunately, even with the windows open in the summer, the rooms are quite hot, making it very difficult to have an adequate nights sleep. It would be much more comfortable to get air conditioning in each room! For phone charging, there should be recharging on both sides of the bed.

This is a typical premier inn. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. However, the bathroom appeared dated and not very spacious. On one of my three nights, i experienced snoring in the adjacent room, which was occasionally heard during aircraft landing at heathrow. I am unable to comment because ive not used the facilities at the nearby winning post pub.

The hotel or the staff were not faulted in any way. Magda in particular exceeded our expectations when we got lost and the sat nav sent us all over the place. She showed great concern for her disabled husband and after leaving something at the hotel, arrangements are in place to forward them. If only all inns and staff could be as kind, empathic, and caring as her. When we return to the area, it will be our first choice.
