The shower gel was completely empty the last time i stayed and there was no time to ask for it to be replenished which was disappointing. Having said that ive remained here several times and its honestly a great spot. Good value, great location (south side shopping center right outside your door along with coffee shops). Can park for free in certain places if you are staying on saturday evening too (Sundays are free).

I had never been to london before. A really wonderful hotel. The personnel is amiable and competent. My allergies were addressed by the staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The best staff at a premier inn ive ever been to, i was welcomed warmly by the queen and it was incredibly enjoyable to chat with. The hotel is immaculate and ill definitely be returning!.

Due to train strikes, we decided to book a hotel close to where we needed to be for upcoming events, and the premier in was utterly unexpected! The checkin process was seamless and easy, the room was perfect, clean, neat, spacious, etc. The location is ideal for public transportation, with plenty of places to enjoy supper and booze. There is ps 9.5 parking at the stairwell for 48 hours. I would highly recommend this hotel to both tourists and locals.

The hotel does what it says on the tin a comfortable bed, quiet and dark room so i had slumber - im happy to book again if visiting Wandsworth. Its in crows nesting location and there is cheap parking available but not sure how thats done. Didnt eat at the hotel.

Premier inn is my favorite. The staff is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. I had some problems with my business checkin and Rachel handled it brilliantly. Beatriz is great as they all are.

I would stay at this hotel again. Excellent location! Great hotel for lodging in london, all staff are amazing, irfan was helpful and friendly, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended, plus you get to stay in an excellent location with pubs and supermarkets nearby.

The staff here are very welcoming, from the warm welcome at reception to the cheery, helpful and professional team in Thyme. Premier Plus rooms are truly worth it here, unlike many other premier inns. One of the best pi stays ive ever had.

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Its very efficient when booking in and accommodating when you need to answer any questions. I find the rooms to be always clean. When i need help with my bags, ive always been catered for.

Ive been a frequent visitor to this hotel for logical reasons. The staff is friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. I was able to convince the two of us to take pictures because of the exceptionally helpful staff.

The welcome from irfan was truly remarkable. He clearly takes great pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does, which is quite refreshing. After a long drive, this place was ideal for resuming the day. It was extremely informative and helpful. I hope if erfan receives some recognition for his enthusiasm. As ive stayed at many premier inns throughout the country, irish has given me the best welcome of all.

I stayed here while watching tennis. The location is easy to get to the ground. This is exactly what premier inn should offer. Easy checkin and comfortable bed. Be careful with the pricing. I booked a threeday cancellation option and when i checked out three days before check in, the price had dropped by ps 50.

The bed is not as comfortable as many other premier inns we have stayed in. The location is very good for Wandsworth where we were attending a party. Parking is convenient at the sainsburys below.

Nothing was too much difficulty for the staff. Patricia was lovely at the reception gave us an easy access room when she realized my husband wasnt fully mobile, aurel and marie were also lovely, and livia prepared a delicious meal.

The location is in the middle of shopping areas. The rooms are very good and the service is very nice. Unfortunately there is no wait time. Only one person manages the restaurant and front desk which made us wait but again she was the best. We had to wait 45 minutes for dinner as only one chef was working. Restaurant is not busy but they cant manage orders with one cook so wait times are long.
