We appreciated the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to all landmarks, convenient to the Danish Bakery across the street for breakfast and The Castle next door for pub style lunch or dinner. On our last day we just walked a few steps to the Airline Bus stop at Westgate and had an easy ride to Heathrow airport. The room was spacious with nice bed, shower and seating as well as mini-fridge and coffee maker. We'd stay here again!

Gayet güzel, temiz, konum olarak iyiydi. Kahvaltılar güsel ve uygun fiyatlı. Primier Innlerde genel olarak tek kusur var, odalarda otel terliklerinden yok ve isteğe bağlı da temin edilemiyor, yoktu ellerinde. Yanınızda terlik getirebilirsiniz. Bunun haricinde her şey güzeldi.

Everything was excellent. Julie was so helpful, she stored our luggage until the 3pm check in time, and got us extra pillows and refreshed linens (some of the linen was not quite clean). The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. Ancila was so friendly and made us feel special, making vegan sausage especially for us and even bringing it out to the table - above and beyond. The whole staff was helpful, energetic and caring. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pull out trundle twin so 3 of us could have our own beds. It was a little tight with the trundle pulled out, but it was very comfortable. I wish it had a refrigerator, iron, a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The location was ideal, right next the mall in city centre, making it accessible to many things. The only request i have is to be more flexible with the check in time, if the room is ready, there is no need to charge to check in 1 hr early. Also, when we checked out, there was no room to hold our luggage, which was quite inconvenient. However, we were offered to keep our bags in the restaurant area (at our own risk) which was closed so we felt quite safe with this option. We appreciated the option to do so. I also wanted to comment that the decor was wonderful, the purple sofas and color scheme made my stay that much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again happily.

It would have been nice to have a few more bathroom amenities like a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The location was ideal, right next the mall in city centre, making it accessible to many things.
