The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. They still tried to get me to do, until finally, the staff member did it. Overall, the room we had was a good size and was clean and modern. The bathroom was a poor designed, sink and tub. The tub is quiet high and if I was older may not have been able to set up into it. Hallway noise can be quiet loud from doors slamming, so quiet closing doors would have been good.

Location ideal to Main Street No on-site parking which is stated but a voucher for parking would be ideal or offer a better rate A good stop over for 1night

Comfortable, good sized (for Europe) room, excellent location in city center. Only thing we weren’t happy with was our check in experience, but that was a system design issue, not the on-site staff’s fault. They should ditch their self check-in kiosks, which weren’t able to work for any guests when we arrived, and just put a proper registration desk back in and staff it full time. They’re clearly trying to save on labor costs, but it started off the otherwise pleasant stay on a negative.

The rooms have been refurbished but now there in not a sofa to sit on, no desk, a round table and only one chair and no drawers at all. A backward step in my opinion. My key card stopped working three times during a 5 day stay. Be aware the night club opposite is open Fridays and Saturdays and the blooming noise doesn't stop until 3am.
