Reception staff are accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door was like a Cobb & Co, a big range but mass produced. The bar area is comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Only issue was the smoke stop door that thumps every time someone enters the hallway. Were woken every time this occurred. A wee bit of road noise due to location but not unusual for a hotel/motel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great for dinner and a game of pool had had a playground outside that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good. A lot of garbage around the outdoor property surrounding hotel, parking lot and outdoor eating/ playground area.

Letto ultracomodo, camera ampia. La colazione (a me interessa il dolce) e' adeguatamente fornita ed e' servita in un ristorante a fianco. Io ho chiesto anche il pudding che ho apprezzato molto. Unica "difficolta'": occorre indicare in anticipo a che ora si vuole fare colazione

Bed was comfy, clean room. We had everything we needed, just had a super noisy fan and no hair dryer. Small things. Great option for breakfast and would recommend.

The room was clean..not great but clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallways were disgusting. I do not think they clean or vacuum these halls. I would look elsewhere in Sterling

The room was clean and the bed was cozy and fluffy. The hallway was dusty and dirty and needed vacuuming. The office staff was delightful. The location was hard to find since it sits behind a restaurant, don’t trust Google Maps on this one. I had to stop at a local petrol station for directions. Breakfast was the typical Scottish menu. Parking was great!
