The staff is excellent. The room is satisfactory, although the cost may be lowered.

A very comfortable room. The bed was beautiful, i had a great sleep. Very clean and lots of space. I would definitely go again and recommend premier inn to anyone who needs a bit of luxury on business or in my case a wedding at the local golf course. Breakfast was delicious and you can eat as much or as little as you want.

The hotel was fine, as are most premier inns. The room was clean and tidy, quiet, the bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning!. However, the hotel feels a bit tired and needs some tlc. There is peeling paint around, the tvs arent very good, the power sockets are inconsistent and our room in particular felt like it was designed to have a sofa in too but had been removed, leaving a huge space that felt strange!.

Nice stay. Large rooms with comfortable beds, but no iron, staff brought iron and iron board to the room upon request.

As with all Premier inn locations, you know what you are getting. Clean and presented. Bathrooms could use a little updating, but they are perfectly functional.

Nice hotel, but the room is very old and you can hear a lot of movement from the above room.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation. Everything is fine. And we had a great time during our trip. The rooms are immaculate and immaculate. I appreciate the service. Everything is fine. The only drawback is that there is always bus connectivity available at all times, despite the fact that it is quite distant from the railway station.

Nice inn, nice quiet location. We only stayed one night because we were only visiting the area. Good service from the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady, carl, who was so rude and entered my room without asking, which i find very strange and worries me that someone can enter any room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want. Very unprofessional and very angry lady but i took this further as this is not loud enough. When checking out late due to this, she called the police who did not show up as a waste of time. Very strange experience and very abusive. Customer service and premierr inn have apologized, but im not satisfied with just an apology because im a young mother and this was very scary for me. The rest of the staff are very nice. The restaurant staff are all very nice and friendly and also very good with children. Very welcoming and kind. The manager, sarah, is very nice and has made our stay very pleasant. The food is also very good and the drinks are also very good. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here. Its standard premier inn, i havent had a bad one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldnt ask for more. The beafeater restaurant was great. Breakfast and evening meals were really good. Plenty of parking. It would be nice to have an ev charging point but plenty of local chargers.

4.6/527 Sep 2024

The only drawback is the terrible wifi here. The two ladies i dealt with at reception provided me with warm service. Premier inn typically has rooms. There is a beefeater attached, which is busy but delicious.

The best premier inn so far! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with enough ventilation and easy to set the heating when needed. Everything in the room worked and the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were very attentive and there was no waiting to be served. Excellent vending machine that lifts the products for collection so no need to bend down. Very well designed! Wifi throughout. Kid friendly.

I recently spent eight nights at the swanley premier inn. Excellent stay. Excellent beds, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I had a restful nights sleep the entire time. I want to express my gratitude to jade in particular for helping me secure my reservation in the room of my choice. I visited the restaurant three times. Excellent meals at a reasonable price. Would undoubtedly suggest staying at the swanley premier inn.
