I stayed here for one night on a cycling tour with my brother, what a great stopover. The hosts were very helpful and kind. We arrived in a rainstorm and were very wet. We were shown to the garage, which has a link door into the room where we were staying, striped off and showering, all of our clothes went into the dryer. The room is great, breakfast was left out for us in the games cinema room.

They have a magnificent room in the back of the garage and a very warm welcome. The rooms are so perfect. Allan and janet did a fantastic job with all of our needs. The shower was so bad. When we got here, allan was waiting and opened the garage door to save us and our bike from the rain.

This hotel is like an oasis in the desert after a long walk from Melrose. Our overnight stay was great. Allan and Janet did everything they could to ensure we had everything we needed. The secluded recreation room had everything you could want for a relaxing stay including a snooker table, dart board, video, books, and games. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable.

This place is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The owner, Alan, and his host Janet, are really kind and helpful. You will have a clean, modern bedroom, as well as a snooker room with a room to your own, and cooking facilities. Alan has made an effort to make this room more comfortable by putting in so many amenities to suit all tastes. Alan and Janet are extremely kind and friendly.

What a stunning i. The room is clean and has a cozy bed. The room had charming details, such as fresh flowers, full size teapots, mugs, and wine glasses. The additional gamestvkitchen room was an added bonus and gave us the impression that we were in a cottage. The continental breakfast was excellent. Janet and Allan are great hosts, helpful and friendly. Perfect location for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. It's also only an hour's drive from Edinburgh. Will undoubtedly come back because it was fantastic.
