- For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - May 31st and Sept 2nd - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy.

- For bookings with checkin between Jun 1st - Sept 1st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes.

- Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (Jun 1st - Sept 1st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving.

- We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy.

- All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only.

- The actual allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building

- Guests are required to complete all requested verification and eligibility checks within the specified timeframe. If a guest remains unresponsive or required vetting cannot be completed at least 48 hours prior to check-in, the reservation cannot be accommodated.
