Our pool and spa areas are open between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday and an adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18 in these areasPlease note that we dog-friendly hotel will incur an additional charge of £20 per dog, per night (maximum 2 dogs allowed per room). Upon arrival, please be informed that a pre-authorization of £50.00 per night will be taken on your credit card as a security measure for any incidentals that may occur during your stay.This amount will not be charged to your card, but will be held temporarily. After you check out and provided there are no damages or outstanding charges, the pre-authorised amount will be released back to your credit card. The release process may take a few days depending on your bank's policies.
