Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV outside of the property. Any attempts to disconnect or obscure it will result in terminating the booking and immediate vacating of the property. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is GBP20 per hour. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel.
