I reserved a midweek spa holiday, supper, bed and breakfast, and a 30 minute massage each in the treatment room, as well as use of the pools amenities. The room was quickly checked out, and it was ready early. There are boots and slippers in the room. The deluxe spa room was fine, but not too cramped in any way. Lunch rolled out to the retreat bar of the spa complex. The food was good. We changed and went into the spout section. The pool was not that heated, and the pool area was also chilly even with robes on. Sat in the adjoining, chilly retreat bar area. The treatment was excellent, and the courteous staff gave a relaxing massage. A set of twocourse dinner was served each evening. There was a surcharge on lots of items. The partner ordered a sirloin but they ran out. Both had ribeye and medium rare, both ordered medium rare. Ate them and ask the waiter to just let the chef know. Its more of a criticism, than an observation. Not a restful nights sleep. The room was making strange commotion all night. I took off my room card since I thought it was electrical, but it continued. The next morning's breakfast was adequate. Staff did not inquire whether the stay was excellent, but checkout was quick

Even though we enjoyed the spa and massage, the food was disappointing. The accommodation was nice, but due to the position of the room, we could hear drunk people smoking right into our room. It felt like the window was open. This was regrettable because it started late, as functions can, and that meant getting to sleep was difficult. Overall, we had a wonderful time, but this is not our favorite in comparison to other neighborhood hotels we've stayed in, and we won't be back and will most likely pay to stay somewhere else. However, the personnel was really kind.

The food here was excellent but not much price. There was also makeup stains on the carpet, I can see it when I entered this room. Plus, the friendliness of the employees was great, especially for the spa, which is also very good.

The entire experience here is amazing, you can upgrade to the suite when the stay here is over and I can't recommend it enough. The spa the next day is so relaxing and welcoming. The gym is equipped with everything you need and has a good atmosphere. The best place to relax is to book!
