I booked these apartments for my sister's honeymoon and 17 of us stayed. The apartment is lovely and has been renovated kitchen and bathroom. Also in a good location. Suitable for our weekend and will be back soon. Check-in is easy and the staff are very helpful.

We stay for the weekend to get a gig at the castle. The living area is very small with two chairs. I can't relax there because it's uncomfortable. Clean apartment, easy check in, is in student accommodation which we weren't aware of and can be noisy at night.

This place has excellent location. We booked this place for my sister's hen weekend. We stayed for 17 nights. The apartment is in an outstanding condition and has new kitchens and bathrooms. The check-in process is quick and easy and the staff is very helpful.

Overall, I would never return to this place, and I do not believe I got value for the money as prices were exorbitant due to the fringe. To begin, the room was lovely, spotless, and modern. However, nothing else about this place was good. Checkin was terrible, we arrived about 20 minutes before the specified checkin time, and were told that the room wasnt ready. A decent thing, so we sat and waited while we watched various other groups come in and immediately enter their rooms. I inquired what was going on and was offered a less desirable room, so we decided to wait the 5 minutes and conveniently the room was ready right around the hour. It seems a little more convenient? The receptionists were not friendly or helpful. There is no elevator. Next, you must climb 8 flights of stairs to reach your room. We would have had to take a lower room than we had paid for if they had informed us this at the front desk as it wasnt fun lugging luggage up 8 flights of stairs in 30 degree heat with a knee problem. Later, we went down the stairs with another group of people who also claimed their checkin experience was horrible and the stairs were also an issue for them even though they were on the ground and floor. The room was decent, however, the towels were horrible, very small and threadbare, and the hairdryer didnt work properly
