Lovely staff,we were able to check in early,which was so helpful We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good with lots of variety. Ideally located and lots of little things in the room like little chocolates and water etc

Our room was spotlessly clean and had a quirky record player which was fun. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and genuinely attentive. We ate dinner which was delicious and nicely presented. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choice. All round an excellent stay. Would come back.

Good selection of drinks in bar. All staff efficient and friendly. My diet was catered for with particular items purchased for my breakfast. Room was cosy and comfortable. Loved the selection of LPs and record player in room.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, direkt am Meer, man muss wissen das die Zimmer nicht arg groß sind aber perfekt eingerichtet. Man kann direkt im Hotel Essen aber es hat tolle Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Für den Start einer Schottland Reise perfekt.

Hotel was amazing very good service, great food and great breakfast, amenities where very good, record player, fan, coffee machine in room great touch. Very welcoming. However room was very small but amenities made up for it.

I was in Helensburgh to attend my cousin's funeral. The hotel could not have been better. I only ate breakfast twice and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to get to anywhere I needed to be. All in all, a very good experience and I will recommend the hotel to my friends who might be visiting Scotland.
