The hotel must have recently refurbished and it was very clean. But the little details were missing. No hand towel or bath mat. The wardrobe had not been put together properly the drawers didnt fit. The duvet didnt fit the bed! Think it might have been a superking which was very comfortable but the duvet didn't reach the edges when we were in it, may be a king size. Missed having fresh coffee at breakfast, was instant

The landlady /manager greeted me with a warm smile showed us around explained checking out procedures as I was leaving early next day. Highlight there was a band on in the attached pub.. Which of coarse was the reason for my stay. Room had been recently updated with very comfy beds... Clean and well presented.. Added little touches always a bonus. Tea, coffee, wash items and new towels.. Sounds normal but not always provided.. Bar was had warm and friendly staff felt well run. With the landlady over seeing everything.. Honestly if in Sheerness this hotel is worth a visit.. More I suspect for adults due to stairs etc but never less great, clean place to lay your head down.

Hôtel à l'ancien rénové en haut d'un Pub. Gérants hyper sympa. ..en plein centre Sheerness mais on m'a expliqué aussitôt ou trouver un parking gratuit tout près ! Au centre de Sheerness à proximité magasins, cafés etc ! Certes, pas Hôtel 5 étoiles mais très bien pour notre point de vu qualité /prix ! Bouilloire en chambre pour faire thé ou café. ..TV..WI-FI....Sheerness pas trop touristique mais OK pour visiter les plages de l'Île plus Kent tout près. Sur Île. ..réserve oiseaux. églises anciennes, plage naturiste 😁 etc etc. Super resto Indien à 2 pas de l'Hôtel. .Fish & Chips aussi !

The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. There was only one problem was there was no lift and as my mum is 97 next month and claiming the stairs to our room was difficult. Everything else was great and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Needs some (a lot) of tlc but was perfectly suitable for my needs. Clean room, huge bed, free WiFi, working tv, free coffee/tea/water. No time to check out the breakfast as I had to leave early.
