This hotel is worth every penny of the budget cost of your stay. I mean this as a positive comment. Yes, the rooms are compact, yes, and the bathroom is small, we had to climb 7 sets of stairs but the room was clean and well maintained, hallways, stairs and reception were cleanand tidy, slightly unconventional beans and eggs breakfast was freshly cooked and served by friendly staff.

The room was cozy, and the registration process was satisfactory. On a Sunday morning, the breakfast room opened pleasantly after 8 oclock, with fewer lines waiting until 5 p. M. However, it was enjoyable for breakfast. I didnt anticipate eggs during the continental breakfast, nor was i asked how ill prepare my eggs.

I would strongly suggest this location if youre searching for a reasonably priced place to stay close to central london (30 minutes on tube). Since we were bringing ten people together, i reserved three rooms (1 quad and two triples). The experience exceeded our expectations in every way! It was pleasantly surprised that the online images didnt look as good as the quad room and one of the triple rooms were both very contemporary and recently painted or decorated. However, one from the trio rooms appeared to be quite antiquated and hadnt been freshly painted nor decorated yet. Having said that, the bathroom was nice and the room was fine, it just seems unfair to pay the same price for an inferior room. The staff was friendly and accommodating with my inquiries, and they didn't seem too worried about having dozens of young adults there. Although the walls were fairly thin and we could hear conversations between people in other rooms, that wasnt primarily affecting us. When we returned at around 4 oclock at four p. M., we struggled to keep quiet while walking up the stairs because there was no lift in the buildings and being on the third level, but we made every effort to maintain privacy for other guests sleeping. We decided to eat elsewhere after reading unfavorable reviews about breakfast because we had anticipated

During our stay, my companions and i were treated like royalties at the hotel, with delicious food, a lovely outlook, spotless, and roomy accommodations, not to mention the friendliest staff. Meeting my rugby heroes in the foyer was one of the most enjoyable events, it demonstrated how accommodating the royal hotel is for everyone, regardless of their social status they receive the same service, every patron is king and queen. I appreciate your hospitality.

Sorry, but i had one of those neighbors. Banging and screaming all night hard to sleep. Apart from that, the staff were excellent and friendly and it was the perfect location for me. The room was a bit small, however it is merely solitary. Telly didnt work, by the way, though.

This small hotel is clean and conveniently located. I will stay there again. The rooms are not very large and the bathroom is small, but it works great, clean, and be ours was brand new, exactly what we needed. Staff were good, had a place to store luggage. And heres the best part the free breakfast was absolutely delicious with the cook taking your order for an english breakfast.

The room was very clean and tidy. Small but more than adequate for our needs as a one night stay, and great value for the cheap price we paid. The staff were polite and the hotel is ideally located near the metro station. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is an old town house with converted rooms and card entry doors that also allow access through the front door. The room we had was small but had a fairly comfortable bed and sanitized bathroom. Bathroom seemed newly tiled and both rooms were clean and tidy, although dont expect too much privacy in the bathroom as the bed is so close the door doesnt open all the way, also worth noting if you have long legs you may have to think creatively about how you sit on the loo (sorry i didnt tell you this, but it wasnt really funny. Breakfast was actually served in another hotel next door, which was surprisingly odd, and we werent told, so we decided to figure it out ourselves. There are unlimited pastries, teas, coffees (automatic vending machine) and orange juice (carton left on each table. Overall, ive said that he is great unless you are looking for somewhere to rest your head for ten nights after putting on famous performances, conventions etc.

The room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It was in a good location, which was convenient because it was close to i was going to see if he gigs. The only complaint is that the room smelled tastiest, kind of like smelling like wet dogs. Since it is en suite and not below ground level, maybe the air conditioning needs to be increased. But the cleanliness of the rooms was good so ive not been too worried about it.

I had to walk up and down the road several times because the room was available in another location, not at the actual hotel address. The room is clean and the breakfast is also good.

The location is good, close to a few stations. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and the front desk quickly got us resealed. The breakfast was also good and they were very patient and kind. But the bed is very firm, the shower goes between burning hot and freezing cold in ten seconds, and there is some lazy room service. When we checked in, we had 3 towels, but when we returned after being out, only 2 towels were left. Travel soaps are only partially refurbished and not utterly new.
