The staff are friendly and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was excellent. The room was clean with good facilities. The stair well walls looked like they were in the midst of being redecorated and at the ripped and half stripped stage, but the room was lovely.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast lovely and dinner outstanding. Hotel room was clean and carpets and furniture looked new. Only downside was the part we stayed in seemed to be being renovated.. so stairway and corridor walls and flooring were messy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr. Es ist etwas altmodisch, wird aber recht gut in Stand gehalten und es ist sauber. Es ist wie Ferien in guten alten Zeiten, als es noch etwas spezielles war, bevor all diesen seelenlosen modernen Hotelketten.

We managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff.

On street parking is available around the hotel (JA or JD zones) using council scratchcards available at reception (GBP 6.00 for 24 hours). The historic dockyard car park is directly opposite the hotel. This is subject to availability, and hotel guests have a reduced rate (conditions apply).Some leisure facilities are chargeable and time restrictions apply.Guests are advised that occasionally functions take place in the club. On these occasions it is possible music can be heard until midnight.The Swimming Pool is open Monday - Friday from 3.30 PM until 8 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays its open from 8 AM until 8 PM.The Jacuzzi is currently closed for maintenance until further notice. For Cash payments I.D must be shown on arrival. Smoking is not permitted and will result in payment of a fine, any damages to the property will need to be paid at reception.We're doing some light refurbishment at the hotel to improve our guest experience, but any disruption will be kept to a minimum.
