Lovely staff! Comfy room and bed, very clean, silence at most times, you can use the toaster and microwave in their common area and complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room. Stunning nature around the hotel and a beautiful area in the backyard.

Room was clean, not too far from the airport or city center. Don't trust the cab company they have at the front desk tho. Was overcharged and taken for a much longer ride than necessary while being lectured on politics by the driver. Stick to Uber instead!

Located very close to bus stops, actually makes it a hotel with a very small amount of walking to the NEC. Staff was friendly and respectful. Card machine issue but he resolved it very quickly ay check-in.

The Manager was extremely helpful and the Hotel very clean and convenient for Birmingham Airport. We will definitely use this Hotel again. Bedroom small but bed very comfortable.

The hotel is small , set in a convent location , the welcome and service was exemplary, parking charge could have been clearer , but not a problem, ÂŁ6 for night was ok , my room was basic but enough for what I wanted

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the room had tea coffee available. Breakfast was good as there was a nice selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the walls are not soundproof. So any noisy guests talking or banging doors would be an inconvenience. The shower took a bit of tuning to get the temperature right. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Very hard to find in dark, no lit signing, sign on gates only faces one way. So if coming from oppsite direct you can go straight past it.
