We spent three nights at the fringe. Each room is small with 34 beds but perfectly comfortable. We had a shower and a toilet which were immaculately clean. The rooms have fire doors that can be noisy shutting, but everyone in our flat was considerate and mindful of noise. Excellent value.

This is not a hotel, in fact. It is student accommodation that provides guest rooms during the holidays. The set up is 5 rooms to a flat, the rooms are extremely basic but clean and well secured. Each of the flats has a spacious shared kitchenliving room with ovens, fridges, to, microwave, sofa, etc. So if you live here, you may have a truly self catering holiday. Each room in the flat is entirely separate and has its own key. I didn't even see any of my neighbors in the kitchen. The shower was the only drawback, it's small and the water pressure is extremely low. There were also empty toiletries left over from the previous guest, but they had been cleaned. It could be noisy because the doors are all very heavy fire doors and slam very loudly. Thankfully for my neighbours, however. Everyone can use the gaming room and vending machines in the reception area. Id most definitely stay there again because it's excellent value for money, in a wonderful location, and it would be ideal for a solo couple, a group of friends, or a family.

It's not a hotel, in the first place. When tourists come here, students often rent out their rooms. Each apartment has a good-sized communal kitchenliving room with ovens, fridges, microwaves, sofas, etc., so you could go on a full self-catering vacation. There is a small, self-contained shower that was the only negative aspect. The bathroom was tiny, with slow water flow. The last guests' remaining toiletries were also unclean. The doors are all very heavy fire doors that can slam quite loudly. To be fair, my neighbors were excellent. In the foyer, there is a game room and vending machines accessible to everyone. This is the first time I visited this place. It's amazing value for money, in a fantastic location, and ideal for solos, group friends, and families. The location is excellent, and Id definitely return there.
