The owner operator was very inviting and accommodating. The hotel is very close to a Tesco Express and convenience / fuel station. Also close to the South Ealing train station. The room was beyond my expectations, it had a full kitchen with oven, stove top , microwave, kettle etc. Comfortable well heated room during the cold weather.

I chose this guest house because I needed to spend the night in Ealing and wanted to save money. The location was ideal, right next to the South Ealing tube station. You wouldn't expect luxury for the price, but the room, especially the kitchenette and bathroom, were rather dirty. The bed linen was fairly basic. There was ample storage space and a to. The wifi worked smoothly. I did experience a rather bad experience. After checking out I was charged an additional 25 without my consent because the owner claimed I didn't return the key, but this was blatantly untrue because I most certainly returned it and returned it directly to the owner. Despite my word, they will not believe me and will refuse to give me a refund. My honest advice is to take very careful of this establishment.

Great location to stay. When we arrived, we had reserved a twin room. The manager informed us that we had a double room, and as a result, the hotel offered us a family room for free. The employees are extremely kind and considerate, and there was free parking right outside, with excellent links to central London. The manager waited for us to return the first night after we left our keys at a music venue. An absolute gentleman. We sincerely endorse this location, and we'll be back. First, let me talk about what's good. Excellent location for Southealing station, the gentleman who let us in was nice, and the doors are somewhat glamorous. That's what I think. My reservation was for two double rooms, but when we arrived, we were informed that we would have to receive a double and a twin. Even though it wasnt what we had reserved, it wasnt the greatest inconvenience, so we left. Our rooms upstairs were basic and outdated think of dodgy student accommodations, but we were about to leave, so we skid in and up the stairs. When we arrived back at the guest house after a concert shortly after midnight, we crept in and up the stairs because we didn't want to disturb any sleeping residents. We regretful choices at breakfast because there was a terrible noise as people began spinning around, in and out of rooms, doors slamming and people shouting. I can only assume that the mouse we believe we heard while lying awake in the dark had found it's way into the family of elephants' chamber. We were sleeping well all night, but the advantage of this was that we were awake enough to adequately appreciate the basic cleanliness of our rooms. It was like the before-scenes from the hotel inspector and I kept waiting for alex polizzi to go out the door behind one of the elegant doors. To flush, a kettle

The guest house is in a great location, very close to the an Underground station and several pubs and restaurants. There are only four parking spaces, but we got one of them. The walls are a little thin because I could hear someone snoring in another room.

Room was OK. A little dated and decorating/furniture choices needs a little work but the bathrooms look like they have been update and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful when we requested an early check in due to one of our group members being sick. Just a few blocks down from the tube station which was very convenient going into London or to Heathrow.

Walls covered in brown stains really needs painting. Shower head was disguising and dirty. Could barely sleep as bed was so noisy every time you moved on it.
