My wife and I stayed for three nights on September 13 to 16. As soon as we got there, we were checked in by a lovely young woman who helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to the room. All rooms are on the first floor which is not suitable for individuals with mobility problems. The room was simple but very clean and had hypnosis mattresses, making for a good nights sleep. Our waitress, micah, and breakfast both had good service. The evening dinner was tasty pub grub, and the 20 discount for residents added up to the enjoyment of the evening meal. The young woman who checked us in and assisted with our luggage, our waiter, who was the same young lady who checked us in and helped with our luggage, was excellent, with extensive local knowledge and pointed out bus stops! And that enabled us to see Poole and Bourmouth. Overall, all of the staff was wonderful and a wonderful stay. We discovered that the young woman who took care of us had an odd name, keats! Thus, the review title, which we thought was apt.

The room we stayed in was a good sized twin room. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The food was a good standard. Overall, for the price you pay it represents very good value for money for both the rooms and the food.
