I highly recommend this place. This place is in a good location, close to the subway and Victoria rail. The staff is very accommodating. The room is comfortable. There are many good restaurants around.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and chatty which makes the experience better! The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable and overall good. The bathroom is small but manageable which is expected in the area of London. The small bar lobby is a good place, especially for coffee or snacks or anything you need from snacks to drinks. Great location just 8 minutes walk from victoria station. Free continental breakfast small variety very basic but still fills the stomach. I will definitely book this again when i return.

Hotel yang bagus untuk perjalanan kota! Hotel ini sangat strategis. Beberapa pemberhentian kereta dari St Pancras dan berjalan kaki singkat dari kereta ke hotel. Kami memesan tur Harry Potter dari Stasiun Victoria. Binatu dalam jarak berjalan kaki (10 menit) Kamarnya kecil tapi bersih. Tempat tidurnya kecil tapi nyaman. Sarapan terbatas tetapi cocok untuk memulai hari Anda! Kami tidak memiliki masalah dengan polusi suara.

The location is strategic because close to the american embassy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and spacious enough for us. Safe and tea or coffee facilities in the room. We had a free continental breakfast which was very nice. Very close to an indian restaurant that we went to for dinner.

I would recommend it. Excellent location for accessing transportation throughout the city. The entire team was friendly and inviting. We stopped by the gallery pub for a few beers and had some food while having a good time with the locals. The rooms were small, but we had a stressfree stay without any issues.

The room is nice, but the size is very small. The room next to us had a very loud snorer. Even with the white noise on full on my phone, i still can hear him. So as far as sleep, dont expect much. The location is great, just needs thicker walls! Great location, clean and tidy.

Lokasi yang luar biasa! Ada kejutan yang menyenangkan di resepsi! Seorang pria Rumania! Saya menghabiskan dua malam. Kamar kecil di loteng dengan pemandangan langit, bersih, sangat bagus untuk tidur. Lagi pula, saya hanya menginap di kamar pada malam hari! Sarapan bervariasi, juga ada buah segar. Pelayanan sangat baik, mulai dari resepsionis hingga pembersihan kamar dan penyajian sarapan.

Fantastic hotel near the station. I have stayed there on previous visits to london and will never stay anywhere else. The reception staff gave me a free upgrade from a single to a double room, which was very kind of me. The room was great, the staff were great, the service was great, and the location was great, as i was traveling to kent the day after. Also, they served free breakfast the next morning, which was great.

We stayed in one of their apartments in a Lupus It building, which is about 300 meters from the main hotel. Everything you would need for a brief stay in a great location. Only a few minor tweaks that could be made to the particular apartment we were given no separate bedside lamps, only one main switch for all the lights in the bedroom, and the bathroom is nice but small. The apartments were checked daily because the bins were emptied, but nothing else was done. A change of towels would have been nice for a three-night stay to maintain hotel standards. Overall, a good experience and I'd stay there again.

The place is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Victoria station is a short 10minute walk away. Unfortunately, i left a plug behind, thinking they would post it for free! Flip is not too expensive for them to do a few minute jobs! Customer care no!.

Bus number 24 is located at the front desk of the hotel, and the Victoria line underground is nearby. The rooms for three or four people are small, with double beds as well. However, the room is clean, and the hotel service is good.

The only drawback was the size of the bed, we booked a double and didnt specify we werent on our way to mordor, but we were given a hobbit bed in any case. Its a great part of london to stay, with the 24 bus right outside the door, which was a huge plus. Checkin was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel was immaculate!.
