Just as I wandered in for breakfast there had been a big rush of orders. The young lady found a brilliant table by the window, and then kept me updated on the progress of my English breakfast which was brilliant and I got given another pot of tea for the wait, which was lovely.

Perfect position to visit center of Exeter, with few eateries nearby, room clean and amenities good. Only small complaint, would have preferred better bread with sausage sarnie for breakfast.

Excellent, everything looks recently refurbished to a high standard. Exceptional value for money especially including parking and a very good breakfast. Easy walk into the town centre. Also bus stop outside. The staff were great. Thank you we were very pleasantly surprised.
