- After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit valid ID and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal.

- Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students but open to non-students for short stays.

- We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy.

- All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only.

- The actual allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building.

- External maintenance works are taking place form the 20th of July to approximately early September. You may notice scaffolding, contractors, and daytime noise. There is no impact on apartment access or work inside guest rooms.

- LED lighting upgrade works are ongoing throughout the building. Contractors may require brief access to your room during your stay (with advance notice where possible). Some daytime disruption may occur.
