Brilliant place to stay. Short walk into Arundel so left car at the hotel and visited the castle. Staff were super friendly and the room was great. Clean and comfy. It even had a hairdryer! A full cooked breakfast, cereals, toast, croissants and cakes were included in the room price. I couldn't believe it was only a 2 star. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot close to the station and the town centre. Despite being on a main road you cannot hear the traffic. The staff were helpful and the breakfast on offer was good (choice of cooked and mini buffet). The room was very clean and tidy, however it was too hot even with the heating off. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Lovely clean, cosy room, with a great breakfast. No road noise despite proximity to the road. Great staff! Less than a 10 min walk to the town centre. Would def recommend.

Hotel is nice and close to the town, and very clean. Parking was easy and ample. Everyone that works there are really friendly. The room was just the right size (with the usual amenities) with a decent ensuite bathroom. A good selection of breakfast items - the English breakfast is lovely.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The full English breakfast was delicious with a wide choice. The only area that could be improved on was the dated decor, which was in need of attention with chipped paintwork. However, this did not deter from the cleanliness and comfort.

Great little hotel, rooms are old fashioned but cosy and warm, rooms are spotless including the bathroom shower was hot and powerful. Ample of parking and the breakfast was good, filling and very adequate. I would certainly return and recommend.

The hotel is about 12 minutes walk into arundel, the hotel is also in a good location if you are travelling by train, it's about 25 meters from the train station,the staff are very friendly and helpful in the hotel, thee rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy.
