All the staff was incredible, very friendly and supporting our needs. The place has an amazing dining room and bar, the atmosphere is very pleasant and it is super close to the Villa Park which makes it great.

Me qnd my friend travelled from glasgow and we got there an hour before checkin our room wasnt ready which was fine but staff went above and beyond to get our room ready so we could get in as soon as possible staff were lovely had no issues if ever in Birmingham again would stay again

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very memorable. Located in a rough area sandwiched between a flyover and a railway line. But there is a large parking lot and friendly and welcoming staff. The room was adequate. The food was good and the price was really worth it. Downstairs is a predominant bar area with aston villa paraphernalia. Jack realized he visited the children's area as a child.

We would return. We just stayed the last night of the Ag luckily we had a room for 60 which was really nice. We walked to the stadium and back. Not in the best of places, but there is plenty of free parking on the spot which we took advantage of the following day as well when we walked into centenary square along the beautiful canal path. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. The room was basic, but an assurance of cleanliness in the bathroom was everything we needed. Make sure to wear earplugs though as it is noisy from the trains.

Not in the most valuable area and appears to be part of an industrial district. However, it is also strategically located next to the motorway making it a quick and easy commute. The free parking is excellent, as is the city center's public transportation. The staff was really courteous and accommodating. Clean room, but the bathroom lacked any storage or shelving, so there was nowhere to put your toothbrush or toothpaste or a wash bag. Each spring felt in the bed, so staying for longer than a night may be difficult. Very good value for the money, and the food is basic but delicious.

I reserved a 2-night stay here. The inn is only a 5-minute walk from the villa park and our room was basic but clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were great and really worth the money. I would recommend and look forward to returning.
