We have been visiting Blackpool together for 11 years and always wanted a hotel or guest house, but we never found one we really wanted to go back to. We were made to feel very welcome and like family from the moment we got there. Wonderful we can't wait to go back!.

Excellent bed and breakfast with a tidy room and a friendly host, Gary was a great host who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also delicious. We stayed in the family room and had a great time. Ideally located to see the attractions. We will definitely return. I was made to feel very welcome.

This place is worth a visit again. I stayed in a single room on the est floor for two nights. The room was clean and tidy with fresh clean linen and towels. The refreshment tray was well stocked and very affordable. Gary, the owner, was friendly, approachable, and helpful. I loved the English breakfast made to order. I couldn't find parking on the street but a parking lot was available just a few minutes walk away.

We stayed in a family room. The bed was comfortable and the decoration was well done. Gary was very helpful with our bags and anything we required. Nice guy. The only thing I would advise is that they invest in better quality sausages and bacon. We found the breakfast to be ok but not great and we usually love full english

We stayed as a family for one night last week. The room was a good size, fairly basic but clean. A small way up to, a hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Gary was a great host, easy to talk with and pleasant. Can't argue with our stay for the money.
