A great B&B, how they all should be, a family trip to see the fireworks but they unfortunately they got cancelled at the last minute. You can't fault this B&B and was exactly what I was hoping for, so clean and Simon was an excellent host, the breakfast in the morning was excellent.

The property is very clean and tidy. Our room was very modern, newly decorated and quite spacious. The proprietor is friendly and amenable. The cooked breakfast was very nice and there is a range of cereal, bread, preserves and fruit juice, as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate.We would definitely return and book direct next time we are planning to visit Blackpool.

a lovely home away from home. The owner, Siron, was a wonderful guy who made us feel very welcome. Everything was well kept, bright, and cheerful. Despite catching him in the hotel's midst of renovation, we had a wonderful, comfortable stay. We had a delicious full English breakfast, which was perfectly cooked, and Siron was a fantastic host and companion.

This place is fantastic! I couldn't disagree. The breakfast was delicious, and every egg had a runny yolk, which is impressive! Ive never stayed someone so spotlessly clean before. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Blackpool is accessible on foot. The hotel itself is of amazing value for money. Ive never been to Blackpool before, but I will absolutely visit there again.

This is one of the more popular hotels in Blackpool. This is a favorite because of its excellent location and excellent value for the money. My wife and I stayed here on Friday and Saturday night and the night's illuminations were switched on. From the minute we got there, simon looked after us. As others hosts wouldn't do, he inquired as to what we wanted for breakfast and what time we wanted it, which was served promptly and was excellent. My husband and I spoke English completely, and our son had a choice between several cereals or toast, orange juice, apple juice, as well as tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent. The room was lovely, with incredibly comfy mattresses, and warm. lovely bedding, and a lovely smell. The bathroom is tiny but has a lovely shower. I didn't stay in the room much, but it was ideal for our little boy who loves to watch before he goes to bed. Every morning, simon made an effort to talk with us to inquire about our plans and what time it had been before. I engaged in a lot of chatter and spoke with us with a sincere concern and concern. I would never hesitate to stay here again. Having stayed in numerous Bob's, guesthouses, and hotels in Blackpool over the years, this is one of our favorites, with an excellent position and reasonable price. A great owner who

This was our second visit to Blackpool, and we are here for two nights. We stayed in room 8. The room was tidy and spotless, as was the security. Everything is served on free wifi. Breakfast options were delicious, including cereal, toast, tea, coffee, and orange or apple juice. The dining area was spotless, and the meal was tasty, a full english breakfast that included cereal, toast, tea, or coffee. A great start to the day. Simon had reserved a spot for us to park our vehicle when we arrived, but we had already parked.
