Our kingsize bed was comfortable. The sheet was clean. However, the pillow was too high for me. Bathroom is small. Vacuum needs to be cleaned. Moldy silicone seal in the bathroom needs replacing. Our room faced the back. Not as noisy as our friends room, which faced main road. Those who are sensitive to noise should avoid front rooms and those near the lift lobby. Location is ideal. Near many restaurants. A famous kospitiam is directly across the street. Free open and basement parking is available at the rear of the hotel. Street parking can also be found. Breakfast was included in our room. On the rooftop, there is a dining hall with tepid food. Brunch is simple but sufficient. Behind the reception area is also bottled water dispenser. Its great to travel with your own water bottle to reduce plastic bottle waste.

The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were impressive, and the service was outstanding. This is always my top choice whenever i visit kota bharu.

The staff is courteous and welltrained. We have a buffet breakfast on their rooftop, 7th floor. This offers sweeping city views. The breakfast menu includes local delicacies and westernstyle sausage baked beans and toast. There is something for everyone. Our twin room was spacious enough, with tea service, id card security and mini fridge.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The checkin process is quick and there is a beautiful view from the window. Overall, i had t hor experience while staying here.

My family and i stayed here with 2 children during cny. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our child slept well all night. Refrigerator is very good and cold. Kids food is kept fresh for 4 days 3 nights we were there. Breakfast is varied and includes breakfast with a variety of dishes. There are also snacks for kids like toast, porridge, and scrambled eggs. Roof garden is windy, so its cool when eating breakfast. Location right in the city. Staff and service very helpful and efficient. I left my kids spoon after breakfast but it was quickly returned to us after checking. You get greeted every time you bump into them. Very friendly. Wifi was no problem during our stay.

The room was not soundproofed from outside, so i could hear cars and bikes outside. The bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and a large writing table. There was sytay box, iron board, and small fridge. Air conditioning was good and strong. However, the bathroom wasnt opulent. No shower curtain separating the shower area, which meant you would definitely wet the entire bathroom floor after showering. Breakfast was delicious. And the dining area had sweeping views.

We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk and they gave us a room just as i requested, however, the management needs to service the air conditioning in the room. The breakfast spread is pleasant, and you should go to the outdoor area just to see the beautiful view by the riverside in early morning. There are many restaurants and foodstalls near the hotel, so there is variety to try. However, be careful not to book this place on weekends (especially on fridays!) as the entire area becomes teeming with cowboy towns! To get dinner, we had to drive all the way to chinatowns front. Parking is also confined, therefore make sure you arrive early to secure reserving

Overall, i had a positive experience at this hotel, and ive definitely recommended it to anyone looking for sanitizing accommodation on tasty prices. The hotel provides all the essentials u need for an enjoyable stay.

The first time was a few months ago the room was clean, good, and big. Just last month, i stayed there the second time but was very disappointed. Check in first room the smell of cigarettes and mold was strong so he asked to change to another room. Then 2nd room had stains on the ceiling and the sound of pipes, people walking, chairs dragging, etc. Made me couldnt sleep for 4 nights. Breakfast is good just dont go too late. Staff are helpful. Location is great as opposite the famous breakfast restaurants roti bakar, atiskacang, or rojak in kb. Also another side is renowned china restaurant selling very delicious dishes. Overall still reasonable in comparison to holiday villa and many others 2-3 star hotels.

Hotel crystal lodge is conveniently located near all tourist attractions. I adored the nearby river esplanade, which is only a 5minute walk from the hotel. The staff is courteous and welltrained. On their 7th floor rooftop, we have bfastfast. This offers sweeping city views. Local delicacies and westernstyle sausage baked beans and toast are included in the breakfast selection. There is something for everyone. Our twin room was spacious enough, with tea service, utensils, and ice packs.
