The property was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and polite. The facilities are great wish we had a longer stay to be able to utilise everything. We will definitely be returning. The only criticism I have is that the decor in some areas and in our apartment was quite dated. But that isn't a deal breaker

We expected a bedroom and en suite bathroom but also had a lounge, kitchen and extra bed in the room. We would have liked to have stayed an extra night but the hotel was fully booked. We were on a tight schedule so couldn't use the pool and gym or make full use of the facilities.

Booked last minute....we only live an hour away so booked at 12pm was at the hotel before check in, we could park our car in the carpark until we returned later. We did read reviews and were expecting it to be run down but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was dated and needed redecorating but we've definitely stayed in worse places for more money. We used the outdoor pool, which stated it was heated but another swimmer who uses the facilities daily said the heater was broken. It was quite cold so didn't last long we went to the indoor pool which was lovely and warm, the hot tub was lovely. There was a steam room and sauna and massage chair and foot massager. Also a gym. We would definitely come and stay again, hopefully it stays open.
