Ideal location for town and very nice clean room with a comfortable bed - all for a good competitive price - 2nd time of staying here and will stay again next time Im planning a late night out in Plymouth :) Izabella as usual was welcoming, cheery and helpful.

FANTASTIC VALUE ,very warm and comfortable and very friendly also allowed us to bring the dog.and a good choice for breakfast. tea and coffee in room and tv and wifi meter parking almost outside and overnight reasonable with option to extend after 8 am would stay again

Easy to find, our bicycles could stay inside, and service was accurate & friendly. Beds a little soft to our taste, but allright. And ofcourse a great cooked breakfast.

Nice B&B located in central Plymouth the owner was very friendly and cooks you a nice breakfast, you can either have a English or Continental breakfast, room was very good with Tea and Coffee making facilities the only downer is that the bus to the hotel only runs every 30 mins and stops at 6pm
