I have stayed here once before, rooms are above the pub but with a separate entrance next door. Parking is limited but I have managed to get a spot in front of the pub both times. Not sure what the score is about parking on the roads but but did not matter for me at least. The pub is a friendly pub for locals, no food but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are fine and have a decent shower and fridge. There was milk, capri sun in there and cornflakes on the small table with a bowl spoon etc which I was not expecting. Had a couple of beers on the night and played pool with the regulars. All in all good value for London.

It was a great place to stay. Close enough to everything that you want to see. The Underground is close and gets you where you want to be within 30 minutes. The area of the hotel is a little rough but that did not take away from my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We were a bit worried at first as the neighborhood is rather low income but found out from hotel staff which places were good to eat. The pub is a bit rustic but staff are friendly, Japanese food there is awesome, there are grocery stores around and the hotel kitchen had everything we needed. Staff stocked and cleaned our room every couple days which was great. The rooms and whole hotel part of it are brand new and we just really enjoyed staying there. Seven sisters tube station was only 10 minute walk away and it is a very central station to get anywhere in the London or outlying areas. Cost of the hotel was very affordable. We will definetely stay there again.
