Very nice hotel. Our room was attractive and comfortable. We found it a little hot but the fan helped. There was a good big bath and shower in a roomy bathroom. The staff were friendly and approachable and we felt very welcome. The pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere. We had a lovely meal in the bar - excellent quality and very tasty. Breakfast was also of a high standard. Easy to park nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Two nights in this beautiful little town. The George is a real treat good old fashioned charming pub and restaurant. Excellent professional friendly staff, our only disappointment was the size of the bed. A regular double in a room large enough for a king and more comfortable for two cuddly adults. Overall excellent stay Thankyou to the staff at the George

Stayed here on business and ticket all the right boxes. The room was a bit warm though, despite that the heat had dropped off these last few days. Nice bar area and nice selection of ales. The restaurant was in a real pretty setting. Easy parking in the vicinity of the hotel and they even had parking spaces in front of the rooms which are at the back of the property. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Our room, in the rear extension, was very comfortable. Easingwold is a good base for exploring North Yorkshire.
